Reclaim Your SELF Hub

The diagnosis explains a lot. It doesn't tell you what to do next.

Reclaim Your SELF is the membership for late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults who want to work out the next part in company.

Jenny on a sofa with a mug of tea, waving hello

You already know why you do it

You can explain the masking now. You know why a full week at work leaves you flat on the sofa all Saturday, and why a ringing phone feels like a fire alarm. And you're probably still the one holding it all together, remembering everybody's birthday and still in the kitchen at 9pm after everyone else has stopped.

Knowing hasn't changed much yet, though. You're still doing most of it, and you're doing it on your own.

Your comfortable world starts to feel strange

The more you understand yourself, the more the life you built feels like a town you used to know your way around. You say what you need for once and somebody says "that never used to be a problem". Someone close to you suggests, half joking, that you seem more autistic or more ADHD since the diagnosis.

Nobody has done anything wrong. You've changed and the people around you haven't caught up yet. Most people stop trying after a few of those conversations, and the ones who keep going usually find somewhere safer to practise first.

What the Hub is for

Somewhere to try things on

Reclaim Your SELF is an ongoing membership where late-diagnosed AuDHD adults experiment with being themselves, alongside other people doing exactly the same. Ask the question that gets you an odd look everywhere else, about the socks you can't wear or the three days it takes to recover from a wedding, and hear "oh, I do that" from two people before your tea's gone cold.

Outside, every experiment happens in front of the people with the most opinions about who you used to be. In here you try it first with people who have no old version of you to compare it with.

Glad to have found a tribe where 'oh i never realised that was a thing for me' is the norm.

What changes

None of it happens overnight, and what it looks like is smaller and more useful than a big reveal. Saying no without a three-day guilt hangover. Resting without having to earn it first. Telling somebody close to you what you need, and being met rather than managed.

Underneath all of that is the move from understanding yourself to trusting yourself, and for most of us that one happens around other people.

I'm generally happier, more in tune with who I am and I have a community cheering me on whenever I'm unsure or need to share something.
A.C., Hub member

Why the things you've tried haven't stuck

Most of the planners and courses you've bought were built for you to do on your own, at the end of a day that had already used you up. When life got in the way, nothing pulled you back.

The Hub is built around people. The themes don't expire, so there's nothing to fall behind on, and what brings members back is a conversation that's still going when they get there.

You will get so much more from being part of this closed group of equal minded people going through the same experience as you, with expert guidance and structured learning than you will ever find on any book, chat forum, website or local meet up.

What's inside

What a month in the Hub looks like

  1. 1

    A theme for the month

One topic, such as unmasking, boundaries or burnout recovery, with prompts, worksheets and exercises that never expire.

  2. 2

    A teaching call with me

I share frameworks and practical strategies on the theme. It's recorded, so you can watch it later if you can't make it live.

  3. 3

    Bring a Brew

The social one, so it isn't recorded. Bring a cuppa, your crochet, a question or a win.

  4. 4

    Everything in between

A private community in its own app, away from Facebook. Post in the coaching questions channel and I answer you personally during the week.

Also included

  • My evergreen webinar series

Access to the whole series for as long as you're a member.

  • A resource library

It grows every month, including the session replays.

  • Burnout Buddy

My app for burnout days, included while you're a member.

  • Jenny WrenBot Premium

My AI coaching companion, trained on my frameworks and language and available any time through the portal and on Telegram.

What members say

What members say

The Hub is a place where you will feel safe to ask any questions and have loads of lightbulb moments, it's an ongoing support network.

Is it for you?

The Hub works best for people who come in and take part: asking when you're stuck, answering when somebody asks about something you've lived through, and coming to the live sessions when you can. That doesn't mean every month. Nobody takes a register and nobody chases you if you miss a call.

It's for you if

  • You know or strongly suspect you're autistic, ADHD or both, diagnosed or self-identified, and you're past the first shock of it.
  • You're ready to stop "fitting in" and start building a life that actually works for how you're wired.
  • You want support that's ongoing, not a one-off workshop that leaves you buzzing for a week and then back to square one.
  • You want a community of people who actually get it, without the overwhelm of a noisy Facebook group.
  • You want practical tools alongside the self-discovery, not just "have you tried journaling?" energy.
  • You have enough in the tank to turn up, ask and answer, even if some months that's less.
  • You've been meaning to put yourself first for a while and want somewhere that makes it easier to start.

It isn't the right place for you yet if

  • You're in acute crisis or need clinical support to stabilise. Please speak to your GP or a mental health professional first. The Hub can sit alongside that support once you have it.
  • You're looking for a clinical diagnosis, medical treatment or a substitute for therapy. This is a coaching and peer community space.
  • You need one-to-one crisis support. I check the coaching channel regularly but I can't offer urgent help.
  • You want to be told what's wrong with you and then fixed by an expert. Nobody in here needs fixing.
  • You're looking for a quick fix or a programme that promises it'll all be sorted in 30 days. The work here is slower and more reflective, and it lasts longer because of it.
  • You want a productivity system, or a structured course with rigid step-by-step instructions. You take part in whatever way works for your brain and your energy.

Not ready to join yet?

If you'd like to listen from the side for now, that's a completely fair place to be. Burnout Buddy, my webinars and the book are built for exactly that, and Burnout Buddy starts at £1 for your first 7 days.

Jenny smiling and holding a cup of tea

Who's behind this

I'm Jenny

I was diagnosed autistic and ADHD at 37, after 16 years of teaching in secondary schools, a spectacular burnout and a whole lot of "why can everybody else just cope?"

I'm now a trauma-informed coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner, the author of Autism, ADHD and Me (Amazon bestseller, which still feels surreal to type), and the host of the Autism, ADHD and Us Three podcast. I run Audhdistically Me because I know what it feels like to discover your neurodivergence late and have absolutely no idea what to do next.

I created Reclaim Your SELF because I needed a space like this after my own diagnosis and it didn't exist. So I built it. Everything in this membership comes from lived experience, professional training and a deep belief that you don't need to be fixed, you need to be supported while you figure out who you actually are.

Questions you might have

Before you decide

Will I have to mask in there?

The whole point of the place is that you don't. Nobody expects eye contact, small talk or a performance, and the community lives in its own app, so it isn't mixed in with your colleagues and your aunt on Facebook. Cameras are always optional on the live calls.

I don't know how it works in there, and I never post first.

Most people don't. Start in the introductions channel, because that's what it's there for, or bring your question to Bring a Brew and say it out loud instead. It's fine to spend your first week getting a feel for things before you jump in.

How much time does it take?

As much as you've got that month. There are two live sessions a month and neither is compulsory. The teaching call is recorded, the theme doesn't expire and the community is there whenever you open the app.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

The teaching calls are recorded and stored in the Hub. Bring a Brew isn't recorded, so come to that one when you can.

I've joined things before and stopped turning up.

Most of us have, usually with things built to be done alone. The Hub is built around other people, so there's more to come back for than a list of modules. And if it turns out not to fit, you can cancel with five days' notice.

It feels selfish spending money on me.

That one is common, especially for people who've spent years making sure everyone else is all right first. Standard is £36 a month, less than one hour with me one to one, and you can stop whenever you like.

Am I autistic or ADHD enough for this? Do I need a formal diagnosis?

You don't need a formal diagnosis. Self-identified and self-discovered people are welcome, and nobody in there is checking anyone's paperwork.

Standard or Premium?

Standard gives you everything apart from Jenny WrenBot. Choose Premium if you'd like support between sessions at any hour. You can switch later by cancelling one and joining the other.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a coaching and community space and it isn't clinical support.

Come in, post in the introductions channel and ask the thing you've never been able to ask anywhere else. I'll see you in there.

When doors open, the waitlist hears first. Join it now and I'll let you know.

Doors close at 8pm UK time on Monday 30 November 2026.
